Please Note:
- Moorage fees are calculated on the length of the yacht or slip, whichever is longer.
- The yachts length overall is measured upon arrival. This includes all components from bow to stern.
- All berths with an electrical source have a minimum fee. Please refer to the electrical billing description for details.
Electricity:
The B.C. Utilities Commission requires that the marina’s electrical consumption and service rate comply with the Commission’s Tariff Number 1220.
- Electrical consumption is metered
- A billing period covers two months
- Consumption Rate: 7.1 cents per kWh (minimum of 60 kWh)
- Minimum charge per two-month period: $32.95 which includes:
Basic charge $ 8.69
Minimum 60kWh $ 4.26
Electrical service $20.00
